  4. Leverage social proof. You need to ensure that you are showcasing online reviews. Use tools like Bird’s Eye and Review Buzz to help with this. 
  5. The basics are key! Make sure that your phone number is easy to find in the right-hand corner of your website. You need a web form for customers to fill out. You’ll also need to show your credibility and authority with symbols from BBB and Angie’s List.
  6. Have a clear call to action on each page. Customers want to know exactly what they should be doing when on your site.
  7. Use coupons and special offers that speak to your customer avatar.
  8. Is your website mobile optimized? It should have an easy click to call function.
  9. Leverage live chat. Customers would prefer to use text rather than have to pick up the phone and call.
  10. Give the customers an option to book online. 
  11. Site speed matters. How fast does your site run? People don’t have the patience to wait around for your site to load.
