What Did TR Miller Heating & Air Do To Triple Their Sales and Drives Per Month?

The Importance of Having an Effective Website and Well-Written Content

Among the main keys that led to TR Miller accomplishing such a feat has to do with their website and content.

First, we helped them create a great website that's designed to capture leads then ultimately convert them into clients.

For that to happen, we made sure their website achieved the following goals:

  1. Let people know what the company is all about
  2. Introduce the people behind the company
  3. Inspire website visitors to take action

Now, let me emphasize the third item on the list:

The main goal of an effective website is to convert leads into customers. And to make it happen, there are three basic requirements:

  1. You must have a well-designed website
  2. The web copy and content must be top-notch
  3. You must have compelling CTAs

While all three are important, you should pay special attention to your content. You need to have top-notch content because this will do all the talking for you.

Great content includes information about the services that your home service business offers. Not to mention client reviews and practically everything your ideal customer would want to know.

Your Content should also include images of people in your company right in the middle of the action. That way, they’ll see that you really mean business.

The key is that we built a great website with great content, proper on-page and off-page optimization, and lots of reviews. 

It sounds like a simple approach. But with that, the company got results that beat the competition in their area.

This approach was so effective that TR Miller doubled their online marketing budget to further take advantage of it. And that decision yielded them more leads per month.

It’s true that they doubled their marketing budget. However, their average cost-per-lead went down. That meant instead of getting just twice the leads at most, the additional funding allowed them to touch base with even more leads.
